Multi-family Construction
We have developed and constructed over 1000 units of multi-family housing along the Colorado Front Range, both as principal and as general contractor for third party clients. We are licensed in several cities.
Single-family homes
Our single-family division, Legend Homes, specializes in building semi-custom and custom homes for discerning buyers seeking to bring their dreams to reality. We are proud to be a VA approved builder, and Certified Green Builder.
